Saturday Massacre – January 16th 1999

BoB- welcome everyone to Saturday Night Massacre!

(Crowd explods)

BoB- As always, I am here with my friend a fight analyst Ralph Gerrard.

Ralph- Hello everyone. Have we got an action packed card for you tonight. Starting off with Kage, the Newcomer, vs. Ifurita.

BoB- That’s right, and also tonight will have two of the champion defending their titles. Erlos will try and defend his World Title against the saiyan Vegeta. And The virtually undefeated Shayla Shayla will attempt to defend her Intergalactic title against the rising star Ryu.

Ralph- And now it’s time for our first fight of the night, Kage vs. Ifurita.

Cage vs. Ifurita

Ifurita, and Kage enterd the ring. Less then a secind after the bell rand Kage attacked Ifurita with a flying kick and connected sending her back to the ropes. Kage followed through with a barrage of uppercuts, and and elbows to the head, most not connecting though. Through the attacks of Kage Ifurita managed to grab cage by the shoulders, knee him in the stomach and flim him backwards over the ropes and onto the ground. Kage sluggishly got up and and threw a round-house kick under the ropes at Ifurita’s legs to trip her, however Ifurita jumped over his leg and threw a side kick to Kage’s head. Kage fell back, and before he was able to regain his balance and re-enter the ring, he was counted out.

Winner- Ifurita

BoB- Well, I guess that’s what could be expected. It kind of makes you wonder though. Why rookies take fights against some of the best in the UCTF?

Ralph- I really don’t know. Kage looks like a very promising fighter, with a lof of potential, but taking a fight against a fighter as seasoned as Ifurita is really just not a good idea.

BoB- Well, now we have another one of those for you, it’s the hated rookie Tom Dyron vs. the udefeated, Che. Now this one has a little bit of a twist to it, Tom made the stupid move of accepting a fight with the Anime Champion Guyver for his first match, but somehow, managed to pull off a draw. Ralph, how do you see this one going?

Ralph- Well, buth of these fighters are big brawlers, they both just kind of flip out in the ring, So I would have to go with experience over strength and pick Che.

Bob- Interesting, I see what you are saying, but I think that the strength is going to take it here, so i’ll bet on Tom.

Tom Dyron vs. Che

Tom Dyron first enterd the ring, and was actually greeted by some cheers this time. Soon there after Che enterd and was greeted by a several cheers, with a few asorted boos by the street punk Dyron fans. Tom Dyron rushed Che befor the bell even rang and kicked him in the neck sending him into the turnbuckle. Tom then grabbed Che around the stomach, and arms and spun him around smashing him into the canvas. A red glow was then noticeable from Che’s body and he put Tom Dyrin in a head lock and began choking him on the bottom rope. Che held Tom there for several seconds, before Ton hit him in the side with an elbow. This bought Tom enough time to break free, put Che into a strangle hold and try to push him up against the ropes, but accidentally both fighters fell through and onto the floor. While still in the strangle hold, Che made two fists and pounded Tom on either side of the head simultaniously untill he was too deazed to hold on anymore. Che, then in a rage, grabbed Tom by the shirt, and threw him back into the ring. Tom began to get up, however Che had quickly climbed to the top rope, Tom was only on hos hands and knees when Che lept off the rope and came down on the back of Tom’s neck with both of his knees, knocking Tom out cold.

Winner- Che

Ralph- As I expected. Tom did put up one good fight, but Che, when he flips out is one tough mother fudger to beat.

BoB- And that’s why he remains undefeated. Now here’s a fight between two rookis doing the ring thing. fighting other rookies. It’s Eric Draven aka Crow, vs. Iria hunter.

Eric Draven vs. Iria Hunter

Both fighters enterd the ring, being the debut match for both of them the crowd didn’t really know what to expect. Iria hunter came out strong, with several powerful attacks, and dominated the fight untill she was slowed down by a kick to the head by Eric Draven. The fight was all down hill for Iria after that, eric Draven used several powerful physical attacks and wore Iria down untill Eric finished it off with a series of punches to the head and midsection of Iria Hunter.

Winner- Eric Draven

BoB- Interesting fight there. Now here is a long awaited fight. it’s Hystalin the Black Palidin vs. Saiyan C. And I think that I stand where you do on this one Ralph.

Ralph- I think so to Bob. I see it going to Hystalin, She doesn’t have the best record on the top 10 however she has taken several very tough fights, which has given here a lot of experience. I think that Saiyan C is good, however, I don’t see him being able to take this one here tonight.

BoB- My sentiments exactly. Let’s watch…

Hystalin vs. Saiyan C

Hystalin first enterd the ring, to a loud mass of cheers, then Saiyan C enterd, also to cheering fans, however not quite as loud. The bell ring, and Saiyan C lunged at Hystalin with a side kick. Hystalin blocked the kick and counterd with several running punches to the head of Saiyan C, landing only one. Saiyan C tripped Hystalin but was hit by a large blast of energy, from Hystalin which she followed up with an uppercut while Saiyan C was still in the air sending him out of the ring. Hystalin prepared for Saiyan C to re-enter the ring, however when he was knocked out of it, he landed on his head and was knocked unconcious, and counted out.

Winner- Hystalin

BoB- Well folks this is it! We have seen several great fights tonight, but this is where it gets exciting. It’s time for our first title defense of the night, and it will be Erlos the current World Champion vs. Vegeta the Saiyan.

World Title Match
Erlos vs. Vegeta

Vegeta enterd the ring first to a much warmer welcoming from the crowd then he is used to. Then enterd the World Champion Erlos to a typical champions response from the crowd. The bell ring and both fighters charged at eachother, and locked up in the center of the ring. Erlos hit Vegeta in the head with a head butt from the chrome mask that Erlos wears, and forced him back towards the ropes. As Erlos was pushing him back, Vegeta went back into a roll and flipped Erlos back into the turn buckle. Both fighters rose quickly and Erlos connected with a right hook to the head of Vegeta who counterd by plunging his shoulder into the stonach of Erlos and tackeling him. Vegeta began to punch Erlos while on top of him, but was caaught in a scissor hold around the neck. Erlos tried to hold Vegeta in the lock, but was forced off. Once again both fighters rose quickly and Vegeta grabbed the shirt of Erlos and threw him into the center of the ring. Vegeta then lept at erlos with a flying kick but Erlos grabbed his leg and threw him over, and out of the ring. Vegeta made it to his feet however was knocked back down by Erlos leaping off the top rope and hitting Vegeta with an elbow. Vegeta was sent back to the metal fence, where he grabbed a steel chair and struck Erlos in the head with it knocking him down. Erlos reached over, and grabbed a one foot lead pipe and attempted to hit Vegeta with it but was hit again with the steel chair. Erlos dropped the pipe and tried to rise before being hit again, but was sent back to the floor by a kick to the face be Vegeta. Erlos managed to reach over and grab the leg of Vageta and trip him, however when he fell the leg of the chair that he was holding came down hard right in the center of Erlos’s back. Vegeta then got up, picked up the lead pipt that Erlos had intended to use, and hit him on the back one more time, then re- enterd the ring.

Winner- Vegeta

BoB- Oh my God!!! And the new World champioooon!!!!! VEGETA!!!!!!

Ralph- you know, this could be career ending to Erlos! His back took quite a beating! It also could have limited the days of Vegeta! That was a very brutal fight there Bob.

BoB- It sure was Ralph, I sure hope that Erlos is allright. Man! That was not a pretty scene! I mean this is probably the most hard core fighting federation out there, and violence is the name of the game, but to see such a top notch fighter get possibly injured beyond being able to fight again is not an easy thing to handle. My hopes go out to Erlos that the result of this fight won’t go beyond what it looked like.

Ralph- I agree, But we have got to move on now to our main event!

BoB- That’s right, This will be Shayla Shayla’s first actual title defense. And who better for it to be against but a fighter is shooting up the top ten list like a bat out of hell.. RYUUU!!!

MAIN EVENT
Intergalactic Title Match
Shayla Shayla vs. Ryu

Both fighters enterd the ring looking very calm and cool. The bell rang, and Ryu leaped at Shayla Shayla but was not only stopped dead in his tracks but sent back to the ropes which he bounced off of and onto the floor by a fire ball launched by Shayla. Ryu was very disorientated by this however maintained his composure very well. Shayla Shayla then followd through with another large fireball which Ryu just barely made it out of the way of. Shayla Shayla then leaped into the air, and shot a stream of burning fire down at Ryu who rolled out of the way and under where Shayla was. Ryu jumped to his feet and then hit Shayla Shayla with a leaping uppercut, sending her back and to the canvas. Ryu then quickly used a whirlwind kick just befor Shayla was able to pull off another fire ball which connected multiple times to the face of Shayla Shayla sending her to the ropes. Shayla then grabbed ryu who was in close by the shirt and threw him out of the ring. Ryu jumped up quickly and shot a burst of energy at Shayla Shayla hitting her in the mid-section knocking her back to the center of the ring. Ryu climbed back into the ring where he saw Shayla Shayla once again about to shoot a fireball at him, but again he used his speed did a flip high into the air, and came down with a kick on the shoulder of Shayla Shayla, and flollowed through with two straight jabs, and another burst of energy propelling Shayla Shayla over to the edge of the ring befor the ropes, knocking her out.

Winner- Ryu

BoB- Holy crap!!!! Everyone!!!! We have another upset!!!! And the wimmer of this fight and new Intergalactic champio, RYU!!!!!!!!

Ralph- This has been an amazing night!! First Erlos is beaten by Vegeta, who was almost a 5 to 1 underdog according to the stats that we have recieved here. And THEN Ryu destroying the undefeated singles record of Shayla Shayla to win one of the highest ranks in the UCTF as the Intergalactic Champion!!!

BoB- That’s right, this is a night that will probably go down in UCTF history ralph, as one of the most memorable nights for upsets.

Ralph- I don’t know Bob, I think that the next PPV may rival this one. It will be the start of the Tag tournament leading to the Tag team title, AND it will be the fight deciding who the UCTF Grand Champion is, the VERY highest Title that anyone can achieve in the UCTF!

BoB- I have got to agree with you there, Ralph that will be one hell of a card. And I am really looking foreward to seeing some of these tag teams face off, I mean we have some outstanding ones here. The undefeated Kamikaze Ronin, Fire N’ Ice, the Ginyu Force, and The saiyan Elite containing the new World Champion Vegeta.

Ralph- Taht’s right, but there are MANY other tag teams that will also prove to be serious threats to even the top dogs. liek the Black Bitches, Death Rejected, and not to mention the unusual teaming up of Najaro, and Ifurita.

BoB- It will be an amazing card Ralph, but I think that we will just have to burn that bridge when we get tehre.

Ralph- Taht’s right. So from the Grand Arena here at the UCTF Complex, this is Bob and Ralph, saying…..
