November 23rd 1998 - Xiahau defeated Ukyo in the first Lethal Lottery Tournament to become the first UCTF World Champion.
January 5th 1999 - Erlos defeated Xiahau to become the Champion
January 17th 1999 - Exactly two weeks later, Vegeta defeated Erlos to become the UCTF World Champion.
July 17th 1999 - Miko Mido defeated Ranma Saotome in the finals of the 2nd Lethal Lottery Tournament on July 17th 1999 to become the first female World Champion.
July 24th 1999 - Egypt MonteVella defeated Miko Mido for the World Championship in her first defense.
September 10th 1999 - David GSM defeated Egypt and Became World Champion on The UCTF's one year anniversary.
September 17th 1999 - Egypt regains the World Championship one week later after defeating David GSM and Janne in a three way brawl.
November 28th 1999 - Chun Li defeated Egypt to become the World Champion.
December 10th 1999 - Thirteen days later, Egypt defeated Chun Li to regain the World Championship for the 3rd time.
January 14th 2000 - Alley Mela defeated Egypt to clench the World Championship.
March 24th 2000 - Two months later, Shiki defeated Alley Mela to become the World Champion
April 14th 2000 - Following Shiki's retirement, Ky Kiske won a battle royal and became the World Champion.
April 28th 2000 - Two weeks later, Yami Mela became the champion after defeating Ky Kiske.
May 18th 2000 - Purgatori defeated Yami Mela to become the world Champion at Cyberslam II.
July 14th 2000 - Danny Colman defeats Purgatori for the World Title.
July 29th 2000 - At "Only The Strong" Bloodshed returned to the UCTF, defeated Danny Colman, and became the New World Champion.
September 1st 2000 - Bloodshed's one month reign ended after being defeated by Sanosuke Sagara.
September 28th 2000 - Sanosuke was defeated by BB Hood.
February 9th 2001 - Dan Hibiki defeats BB Hood.
February 23rd 2001 - Two weeks later, Jin Saotome Defeated Dan in a "Caged Fire, Landmind, Glass, and Wood Deathmatch."
June 9th 2001 - Jin Saotome was defeated by Android 17.
September 2nd 2001 - #17 was stripped of the title following his Grand Championship win. A gauntlet style match was made, in which Jann Lee came out on top over Hyperkat, Reed, Exeus Chakan, and Dre Alexander.
September 24th 2001 - Andre Tau defeated Jann Lee 22 days later for the World Title.
September 30th 2001 - One week later, Shawna Shane Shields defeated Andre Tau to take the Championship.
December 23rd 2001 - The Bushin Master Guy defeated Shawn Shane Shields for the Championship.
January 12th 2002 - Three weeks later, Ben Grimm a.k.a. The Thing, defeats Guy for the World Championship.
January 19th 2002 - One week later at Winter Warfare, Jann Lee defeats Ben Grimm for the World Championship.
March 17th 2002 - Jann Lee lost the World Championship to Lo-Ruhamah at "On Your Computer VII."
December 7th 2002 - Xion put an end to Lo-Ruhamah's near 9 month title reign in his debut match, thus winning the World Championship.
February 23rd 2003 - Gene Starwind defeats Xion The Unborn for the World Championship.
November 2nd 2003 - William Clarke Defeated Gene Starwind in the finals of the UCTF Grand Championship Tournament to become not only the Grand Champion, but also taking Gene's World Title in the process.
November 8th 2003 - Vegeta strips William of The World Title. Orders a match between Bryan Amethyst and Ethan Rice in which Bryan wins his first UCTF Championship by defeating Rice.
November 15th 2003 - After holding the title for a solid week, Bryan Amethyst loses it to Yugo Ogami on UCTF: Massacre.
March 21st 2004 - Xion regains the World Title after defeating Zyrus Friezan and Yugo Ogami in a triple threat match, which also won him the Yearly Strongman Crown.
August 13th 2005 - Xion hands the World Championship over to Lo-Ruhamah, the man he defeated for it in his debut match.
February 26th 2006 - At On Your Computer X, Lo-Ruhamah loses the World Championship to Bryan Amethyst, prompting the Alchemist's second title reign.
July 29th 2006 - Lo-Ruhamah defeated Bryan Amethyst in the rematch at UCTF: Massacre for his third title reign.
March 8th 2008 - Sasa Dark retired the title after Lo-Ruhamah failed to defeat Kunoi Ishigami on Saturday Massacre.
